Egon Schiele

While in Europe, I had the opportunity to visit 15 museums in 8 different cities. I saw work from artists like Vincent Van Gogh, Edvard Munch, Gustav Klimt, Marc Chagall, Claude Monet, Paul Cezzane, Mark Rothko, Wassily Kandinsky, Roy Lichtenstein, Paul Klee, and many more.

Out of all of the art I viewed, my favorite work was created by Austrian artist Egon Schiele. Born in 1890, Egon lived to be 28 years old. Even in 28 years, Egon created an impressive body of work. The largest collection of his work is housed at the Leopold Museum in Vienna.
